Sponsorship subscriptions
Our goal is to get enough subscribers that we can start to budget for expansion of our current programs to help even more needy and at risk children as well as to plan new projects to better help the community of Kpando as a whole.
There are four types of subscriptions:
- A ‘Home Upkeep’ subscription that is $10USD a month. This subscription will help us to continue to provide a healthy and safe place for our children to live, which is a cornerstone in their well-being and development! This subscription goes towards paying our the salaries for the matrons who take care of the children, basic maintenance as well as utilities and rent at the home. When you sign up for this you will receive a thank you email and will be added to our mailing list for updates about the home. You will also receive a drawing done by one of our children. Currently we have 16 people signed up. Help us to reach our goal of 250 ‘Home Upkeep’ subscriptions!
- A ‘Health sponsorship’ subscription that is $25USD a month. This subscription will go towards providing the needed care for a specific HardtHaven child to ensure they stay strong and healthy! The funds will be put towards that child’s health insurance, hospital bills, medication and basic personal hygiene needs. When you sign up for this you will receive a thank you email and will be added to our mailing list for updates about the home. In addition you will also receive periodic updates about the child as well as a letter or drawing from the child. Currently all of our children have Health Sponsors, thank you!
- An ‘Educational sponsorship’ subscription that is $25USD a month. This subscription will go towards funding the current education of a specific HardtHaven child. The funds will be put towards that child’s school fees, feeding fee (school lunch), school uniform and school shoes, PTA fees, extra classes fees and school supplies. When you sign up for this you will receive a thank you email and will be added to our mailing list for updates about the home. In addition you will also receive periodic updates about the child as well as a letter or drawing from the child. 7 of our children still need educational sponsors!
- A ‘Sponsor a child, basic needs sponsorship’ subscription that is $30USD a month. This subscription will go to aid a specific HardtHaven child. The $30 will go towards the child’s basic needs such as food and clothing. When you sign up for this you will receive a thank you email and will be added to our mailing list for updates about the home. In addition you will also receive periodic updates about the child as well as a letter or drawing from the child. Currently all of our children have Basic Needs Sponsors, thank you!
