HardtHaven has obtained:
- United States I.R.S 501c3 nonprofit status. (EIN 26-1469965)
- Washington State Non-Profit Certificate of Incorporation
- Ghana Non-Profit Certificate and License to Practice Buisness
- Kpando District Registration Certificate
- Kpando Department of Social Welfare certification
- Care orders for HardtHaven children living at the home
