Gabriel

Hello,

My name is Gabriel O. and I come from Nkunya Astere, but am now living in HardtHaven with my twin brother Emma. I turned 5 on the 2nd of June. I can be a bit of trouble in the home but I have lots of fun playing with the other kids and also some of the animals, like frogs and insects, that come into the home. I also like to play football and to have people chase me, this is nearly my favorite thing to do and makes me laugh a lot.

I know everything that the other children are doing so if they are doing something bad I can tell our matron or one of my aunties. I spend a lot of time in “time out” which I don’t like very much so I like to cry a lot when this happens.

My how they’ve grown!

I like when it is bathtime because I get to splash and run away when Aunties are trying to dry me. I don’t like bedtime so much so I will try to stay awake as long as I can.

I am beginning my second year of school. One of my favorite things to do is to eat, and I like to eat anything I can reach my hand into, like jars of mayonnaise, which sometimes gets me into trouble. When I grow up I want to be a farmer or a tiger.
